Why We Do This
Nonprofits face unique and urgent challenges: limited budgets, competing for attention, needing to attract donors, volunteers, and supporters—all while doing mission-critical work. We know that digital marketing can help level the playing field.
By offering one full pro bono partnership each year, we get to invest our expertise where it matters most—helping amplify the work of nonprofits that are making a difference in our communities and the lives of individuals in real time.
What You Could Receive (Choose One)
For 2026, the selected nonprofit can choose one of the following full-service packages:
1. Website Design + Build + Launch
We design, build, and launch a new website for your organization (within size and scope limitations to ensure we can deliver excellence). Whether you’re modernizing a dated site or building from scratch, this option is ideal if your online presence is outdated or you need a more streamlined platform for your mission and improved user experience for your website visitors.
2. Google Grant + Campaigns + Year-long Ad Management
We’ll help you set up a qualifying Google Ad Grant (which offers nonprofits up to $10,000/month of Google search ads) and build optimized ad campaigns, then manage those campaigns through 2026. If awareness, outreach, and donor/volunteer acquisition are key priorities, this is a powerful option. It’s a great way to expand your marketing budget, without actually spending any money.
3. SEO + AI Audit & Optimization
AI-powered search engines and large language models are increasingly surfacing nonprofit content, but only if the signals are right. We’ll perform a comprehensive SEO audit, assess AI-platform readiness (how your content can be found and referenced by AI search overviews and LLMs), and then help you implement enhancements so your mission becomes more visible and discoverable online.
Who We’ve Worked With Before
To show how this works in practice, and what kind of impact it can have, here are a few past nonprofit partnerships:
Portland Youth Builders (PYB): Website Project

PYB is a Portland-based nonprofit helping young adults complete high school, gain trade skills, and build careers.
When we partnered with PYB, they had an urgent need: their existing website theme was unsupported and they needed a new one live by December 31, 2020.
We delivered:
- Site map and keyword research for content to rank in Search Results
- Custom post types (student stories, events, staff) so the PYB team could easily manage content
- Technical and SEO image optimization for better user experience and search potential
- Launch completed ahead of deadline, fully operational in time for their end-of-year fundraising campaign
Result: A site that puts students first, tells a clear story, and supports major fundraising season with zero disruptions.
“Intuitive Digital helped our nonprofit organization with SEO services and a great new website. We couldn’t be more pleased with their work and their commitment to getting the job done well and on time. Highly recommended!” Tonia Kovtunovitch, Development Director, Portland Youth Builders
I Am A Scientist (IAAS): Google Ads Grant and SEO

IAAS is a national education nonprofit that brings stories of real scientists into classrooms to diversify STEM representation. Our team was so inspired by their mission that, once our official pro bono partnership ended, they kept showing up—using their own paid volunteer hours to continue supporting the cause.
Our work with them included:
- Setting up a Google Ad Grant account, optimized to fully maximize the $10k/month budget available, and launching paid campaigns in October 2021.
- Paid campaigns performance: 6% click-through, 9% conversion rate, over 1.14 M organic impressions, over $96K of Google Grant budget used
- A full SEO audit (redirects, sitemap, GA/GTM setup).
Result: IAAS significantly increased brand awareness, audience reach, and mission visibility.
“I can’t speak highly enough of this team! From our very first call, they set a tone of open communication, intentional strategy, support, and total commitment to the projects they take on. They are multifaceted experts and seasoned professionals who will treat your organization like it’s their own, listen closely to your goals and challenges, clearly walk you through the options and details, and consistently go above and beyond to get your work all of the online attention and success it deserves! They are also a Certified B Corporation committed to using digital marketing for good, and as an educational nonprofit, their support is making it possible for our resources to get in front of teachers and students that we could never have reached on our own. We’re so grateful for their extensive knowledge and results-driven approach, and see the Intuitive team as a valued extension of our own. From their ethos to their supportive attitude to their technical skills, Intuitive Digital sets the bar high, and delivers. You won’t regret bringing them on board!” Stephanie Sasse I Am A Scientist
What You Should Know Before Applying
- Scope & size limitations: Our pro bono offer is generous yet finite. For website builds, size/complexity must be manageable within our timeline and resources. For ad campaigns and SEO work, the expectation is that the partner organization is ready to collaborate, provide content/stories, and move the work forward through regular email communications and virtual meetings.
- Commitment to collaboration: This is a partnership. We expect the selected nonprofit to commit internal capacity—staff time, content provisioning, periodic check-ins, and openness to learn and drive change.
- Mission-alignment & values: We’re looking for nonprofits whose work aligns with our values (social impact, environmental/sustainability focus, equity, long-term systems change).
- Single partner for 2026: Only one nonprofit will be selected. We will invest deeply and expect that our full capacity is focused on one mission-driven organization.
- Timeline: Applications open now and will close on Friday, December 19th. Final selection will be notified by the end of December, with work beginning in early 2026.
Why This Opportunity Matters
Digital visibility isn’t a luxury, it’s essential. Your website is often the first, or only, touchpoint someone has with your mission. Search engines, AI-driven overviews, LLMs: these are growing portals through which donors, volunteers, partners, and beneficiaries will find you. Without a modern site, strong SEO, or smart ad campaigns, you’re missing out on levers you can control.
We’ve seen firsthand how nonprofit partners who invest in this infrastructure can substantially expand their reach (e.g., IAAS), improve user experience (PYB), and more. With this pro bono offering, you’ll get access to our strategic thinking, technical talent, and values-driven approach without budget barriers.
How to Apply
If your nonprofit is ready to level up, we invite you to apply for consideration. In your application, please share:
- Your mission and impact (what you do, who you serve, why it matters)
- Which of the three project options you’re most interested in, and why
- Current digital assets: website URL, existing ad or SEO work, audience size, digital challenges
- Your internal capacity (who will collaborate with us, content creation capability, timeline)
- Why now is the right time for this support
Final Thought
At Intuitive Digital, we believe in the power of mission-driven organizations to change the world, and we believe in using our skills to help them shine.
If you’re a nonprofit ready to deepen your impact, raise your digital presence, and partner with a team that’s as committed to your values as you are, we’d love to hear your story.
Let’s build something meaningful together in 2026.
