Custom Design And WordPress Theme
HiLine Homes’ website had unique features that needed to be embedded, so we custom built the theme to create a one-of-a-kind website with a robust and easy-to-use back-end. These features, along with the site’s new design, help the brand stand out in the highly competitive homebuilding market. To ensure the site could reach as many people as possible, we also made sure our design was ADA Level A compliant.
Local Pricing With Interactive Map Selection
Across Washington, Oregon, Southwestern Idaho, and Northern California, each region HiLine Homes builds in has its own unique costs and requirements. To deliver accurate pricing, we developed an interactive, pop-up illustrating their build area map that asks users to select their location. The map dynamically updates floor plan pricing and details for the user’s specific area for a personalized and relevant experience.
How We Did It!
Custom
Floor Plan Pages
The company offers more than 50 unique floor plans, each with its own unique features, and its own page on the website. To properly display these floor plans, we used WordPress’ custom post type functionality to make it easy for HiLine’s staff to add and update floor plan pages, offerings, and details on the back end.
Advanced Sorting And Filtering Options
We implemented a custom sorting and filtering system that gives visitors total control over their browsing experience. This feature allows users to easily browse, sort, and filter through floor plans on a dedicated page on the front end. Customers can filter by number of bed and bathrooms, square footage, stories, and garage, to make it easier for them to find the perfect floor plan.
Custom Gallery And Interactive Tours
To help potential customers visualize their new space, we developed a unique image gallery complete with links to virtual tours and 360-degree views. With just a click, potential homeowners can explore every room, soak in the details, and envision their lives unfolding in their new space. More than just browsing, it allows customers to step into a HiLine Home from wherever they are.
HiLine’s “Features” Page
This page details all the important features that go into a HiLine home from the foundation to the roof. Potential buyers can click through the features to learn more through videos, text or images. This unique detail also utilized WordPress’ custom post type functionality allowing each feature to be categorized by exterior, energy efficient, electrical and plumbing, or finish options where the user can select the tab and navigate to the category.
Mega-Menu Navigation And Forms Integration
We built a mega menu that makes it easy for website visitors to easily navigate the website’s 50 SEO-optimized pages. Instead of just featuring links, the menu also includes engaging images and a dynamic feed showcasing the most recent blog post under the Resources section. We also integrated forms with Pardot and Salesforce so that HiLine’s leads will automatically flow into their CRM.
