This month Intuitive Digital turns 7! If you’re not familiar with our humble beginnings…Nick Footer our CEO and Cultivator of Happiness founded Intuitive in 2012 out of his home. His mission was to create a purpose-driven full-service digital marketing agency that delivered consistently high-quality work in a culture that supports and values its employees. 

Intuitive Team Volunteered Laurelhurst Park Clean Up

Today we’ve grown to 14 full-time employees and we’re currently looking to hire more. Over the years we’ve been recognized as one of the best and healthiest places to work in Portland, one of the fastest-growing companies, and been finalists for national awards for the work we do for partners (just to name a few). 

We are especially proud this year to be a 2019 Oregon Ethics in Business Recipient from the Rotary Club of Portland. We aren’t trying to get rich over here (although that wouldn’t hurt), we’re more focused on creating a great company that people love to work for, and that businesses want to work with. 

As with any small company, we’ve had our fair share of growing pains. Like the time our new office wasn’t finished and our whole company worked remotely for months on end.  But we’ve tried to see every mistake as an opportunity to learn, whether that’s personal growth for staff members or used as a lesson to develop process improvements for the company. 

If you’ve been to an event we’ve spoken at, hired us to do work for you, or been an employee at any point in time you have helped make Intuitive what it is today, and we are so incredibly grateful for the time and energy you spent with us. Thank you for helping make this dream a reality. 

We’re looking forward to even more growth and improvement in the coming years. Including becoming B-Corp certified (there I said it, there’s no going back now – B Corp or bust!).
